[Resolved] HDFC Bank — ecs return charges | |||
Hdfc bank debited 5000 rs as a ecs return charges by allowing 3rd party vendor to present the ecs for 8consecutive times for the same day (15/09/2018) due to insufficient funds even though i requested for stop payment. There is no notification for the bounce as well as return charge debit from hdfc bank. When i called customer care, i don't get a proper response which leads me to the frustration and upset. Hdfc execute was not speaking like responsible person. I really don't know how come hdfc bank allowed 8 times ecs hit on my account, is this your account or what? Are you people playing with other's money? Don't you have a control on ecs? I spoke to 3rd party vendor, they told it was taken by your bank. If i don't get my money back, i will sue you in court.
