HDFC Bank — EMI cancellation

Hello there ! I made a purchase on Amazon through easy emi card on 26/05/2020 worth 18, 500/- . On the same day I cancelled that order and I received refund in the month of June . But last month I got bill to pay emi and I mailed to cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com and they confirmed that refund was confirmed in the month of June . So please close that emi and please refund charges for that transaction too because it’s a mistake from bank . Please check the attached screenshots for more info !
