HDFC Bank — EMI deducted twice for my loan account | |||||
I have been a customer of HDFC bank for a while and have a personal loan and car loan account with the bank. Everything was operating smoothly with the emi getting deducted on the respective dates. However for some reason in the month of March 2016 the emi for my personal loan has got deducted twice without any reason. Loan Account Number[protected]. EMI of Rs. 9, 564 per month deducted on 4th of the month. This type of error is not expected from such a large bank. Action should be taken at once. I want a refund of the extra emi deducted.
