[Resolved] HDFC Bank — employee behaviour | |||
I am doing job at overseas, i went a bank of hdfc to deposit amount. Its very urgent to deposit amount for my studies. Problem with the services that you provide and how your employee behavior with tooo rude. He told to us, if i need to deposit money one of the account. I have to cal new delhi main branch to email them for to deposit. After this i requested and politely asked him can you cal for me new delhi for inquiry its too urgent for me to deposit money for my visa. He again rudely treated me and not only that, but when i asked him to be polite, he intentionally kept me waiting besides the desk while meeting with other customers. I honestly don’t know if i have somehow done something wrong or if he was having a bad day but this is not a way to treat customers and i strongly protest it. I hope you will take notice of this misfortune and asked that man. I hope you will take care of this matter and i won’t have to face the same problem again. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am using your credit card, but many a times customer care representative call me and ask me that you have to buy credit card insurance because it is mandatory, but we know it is not mandatory, why representative misguide me to buy a product that is optional, please help me
I have done all my payment and still paying minimum amount of Card but then too i have received legal notice for cheque bounce that need to be in court for the same so need to close the case
