HDFC Bank — error in installing payzapp. | |||
I have been trying to register my number on payzapp account. I have tried it for more then 3 times but it throw-ed an error for which i mailed the customer support team. It's been more then 7 days they haven't really able to figure out that the problem is. I mailed them clearly mentioning that, "same number on same device, tried for more then 3 times". My friend send me 3k on this number using payzapp. I am trying to install it so that i can get my wallet money. His transaction was successful. Money got debited from his account. But i didn't received any money nor he got any refund back. Its really pathetic and frustrating that bank experts are behaving like typical dumb bpo people. They are not even calling me. I have mentioned that if you have trouble understanding the issue kindly call. But instead of calling they sent auto generated mails. Seriously, your service sucks.
