[Resolved] HDFC Bank — even after minimum due payment my account is on hold | |||
Hi, This is nilima kotkar. I had missed paying on my credit card payment for 1 month. Afterwards hdfc people tried reaching me, but since i am out of country i was not reachable. After i saw mail, and i checked my account it was on hold. After i paid my minimum dues for 2 months, still my account is not being released. We are following up with bank for more than a week, all my home loans got bounced. I don't know why hdfc people are behaving so pathetic. Was this information helpful? | |||
