[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Facing issues in moratorium | |||
I have multiple loans with hdfc bank including one auto loan, one personal loan, one insta loan on my credit card and i have one joint account with my mother in hdfc on which i have a jumbo loan. I have applied moratorium for all 4 loans in april for the same i have received a confirmation from hdfc bank on my registered email id (April 3) Dear uma, we have received your morotorium request and reference number for the same is dmo[protected]. My account is in negative right now and not able to avail moratorium for the coming months. Tried contacting hdfc bank multiple times but not able to connect with any customer care executive.
