[Resolved] HDFC Bank — failed transaction amount not reversed | |||||
I withdrawn 10000/rs from atm munshipuliya-2 atm - id alc 8094 bank of india at lucknow around 5:29 am on friday morning dt. 16/11/2018, but i didn't received that cash amount and receipt from the machine. I checked with another atm machine bank of hdfc the amount was deducted. My mastercard easyshop rewards no.[protected] and account number [protected]. Hdfc asuran chowk branch medical road, gorakhpur (U. P.) i was waiting for amount to reverse but still its not done. So please reverse the as abovementioned amount soon. Verified Support Nov 19, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that immediately on receipt of your Post we have raised a chargeback on the acquiring Bank vide reference number 1723375. If the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction does not revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed, the amount will be credited to your account on the 7th working day from the date of complaint. In case the acquiring bank provides a proof of the validity of the transaction the same will be forwarded to your home branch. A letter to that effect will also be sent to you and the account will not be credited. The status of the complaint will also be communicated to you through SMS on your mobile number.
