[Resolved] HDFC Bank — false billing | |||
It is intimated that the representative of the hdfc bank approached me for issue of credit card whereas i was not interested at all. It was told by him that this is a money back card and it is life time free and no renewal charges has to be paid by me. The card was issued to me and i have made the transactions and paid all the amount which was received by me through e-statement. The last payment amounting to rs 1which was supplied to me by the bank also has been paid by me. Now the has supplied one more e-statement showing that i have to an amount of rs.1060 on account of renewal charges are a fine of rs.400/- for not making payment in time. I would like to clarify that i have not any e-statement for month of august 2018, then how the fine could be taken against me. As per direction of the executive the necessary transactions has also been made by me. Then why recharges has been billed against me. The concerned executive responsible for giving me the wrong information should be taken to task and the amount shown against me as outstanding should be cancelled. However, the annual renewal charges are to be paid by me for the credit card, i am not interested anymore and the same should be cancelled immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
