[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag application status

Hi i had recently submitted the application form online for procuring fast tag. I had paid rs 500 and my reference number is hfr01092319. I tried contacting the bank but of no avail. Could someone please update me on the status of this application. Could you please let me know when will the fast tag be dispatched to my address. I have brought the car in feb and hdfc fasttag Is provided by the dealer at that time. But I have not received any wallet id or welcome kit. I don't know how to use it now.

Received Application reference number along with a statement quoting that I will be receiving the PDF copy by mail. Have not received it yet.
