Dear sir not a recived my rfid tag hdfc fast tag ref no: hfr597947 mr hitesh patel on 27/11/2019 also sand detail for despatch id and long time to delay last sms on 30/11/2019 on sms your tag is dispatch in 4 days but not a recived for my fasttag customer id:[protected] wallet id [protected] so please imigatly. My account is on hdfc bank in wagodiya road branch. And my account debit on 500/- rupees (200 deposit and 300 rupees balance in my wallet i’d also recharge) but not a recived rfid fast tag. So urgently solve my fast tag related complaints

Updated by UMA TIMBERS & PLY I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already filled the form, submitted the relevant documents and paid, but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. No email ID to contact.my aaplication id hfr597947 no any tracking detail and processing
