[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag application status

I have applied for fastag with application reference number hfr360001 on 11.11.2019.
There has been no update on the status till now.
The bank provided toll free number also not gets connected to the customer representative.
Bank has also not provided any link on their website to check the status of the fastag application.

As there is no any other way to know the status of the application, i want bank to provide the status.

Updated by Anuj Sharma7 Kindly share the dispatch details, as because till now i have neither received the fast tag nor any dispatch details.

12 days have already past till i got the tag number.
