[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag blacklisted

I have purchased the fastag from hdfc bank last week. And i have recharged ₹200 and in my wallet i have ₹500. But when i cross tollgate today morning, its shows "fastag is blacklisted". I dont know what kind of service you are providing me. Or else i have to tell me before itself. Worst experience.
