Dear sir / madam, I have received my fastag for car but not received welcome emailer as mentioned on bank website. As i have not received wallet id and customer id i am unable to create account and recharge the fastag. I tried to call[protected] but no conversation starts, only call time counting continues without any voice. Please help at earliest. Was this information helpful? | |
May 11, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I received my customer id and wallet id by the afternoon today. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
