Applied for fastag with hdfc bank on 12th november, 2019. I got a reference number hfr363975. Along with a message that the application pdf has been sent on my email id. Unfortunately i have not received any application pdf. I am trying to call the toll free number provided ([protected]), but i get a message saying the number dialed is incorrect, please check the number. What a horrible service from such a reputable organisation.
