Hi, This is regarding the fastag application, i had applied online last Monday and there is not even a single update i received so far. My reference no is HFR353984, i did not get any email nor i am able to reach out to customer care executive. This is very pathetic and worst service, seems like you are trying to loot the money from the customers.How long do you need to respond, why can't provide an update when you get the payment done.
