HDFC Bank — fastag

I applied for fastag online on november 15, 2019, application reference number hfr380913 and made payment of amount inr 500. Till date no communication or status update for the same is made. No acknowledgement sent on registered phone number or email id. I tried to contact the provided customer service number, but that too is not getting connected.

I received sms stating FASTag is activated and issued successfully few days ago, but no courier details received.
