[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag | |||
I am not able to login to my fastag account to recharge it and when i tried to reset password it shows message that no record found for my wallet id/user id of fastag. It shows same message while logging as well. Contacted customer care and they say that they can find my account in good state. I tried to contact customer care multiple timesto reset the password but they suggest only to wait for few days and try again. I am trying to get hold of this from couple of months and due to this behavior i am fed up and thinking to buy other providers fastag. Was this information helpful? | |||
