HDFC Bank — fastag

I had applied for a fast tag on 27 november, reference no: hfr649437. I got this sms from hdfc "dear customer, your fastag has been issued successfully. Your customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]. Hdfc bank limited" on 30th november. I am yet to recieve the card.
I am repeatedly sending mails to hdfc complaint mail ids, am not getting any reply. I could not contact them on customer service number also.

I have been trying to contact the customer care number given in your fastag pages. The mobile numbers are not available and the toll free number is always busy. Do you have a mail id
