HDFC Bank — fastag

I applied for fastag via hdfc portal by uploading all the required documents on 25 november 2019. Payment of 500/- was done through my hdfc debit card. I got the reference number hfr 543523. But till date i have not received the fastag. There is no way to track the status. The customer care number provided is not working and my personal banker is also not able to help me as she has no information. Please help me what is status of my fastag and send it urgently.

I wrote to the above email on 5th Dec. But there is no response. The phone number of fastag team is not working.

Still no response from the HDFC Bank even after 5 weeks. HDFC Bank should at least issue me the refund if they cannot provide the Fastag.
