HDFC Bank — fastag card is received without welcome details neither in an email nor physical copy
I applied hdfc fastag card on mar 16th 2018. I received the card quickly but i haven't received welcome details with customer id & wallet id. Without these, im unable to login hdfc fastag portal.
Given customer care number is no use as it never connected - it connects with a busy tone.
Kindly make sure that your customer care number works all the time or at least work during business hours.
