HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — delay in application process

I have applied for the fastag on 19 dec 2018. After continues callds and mails l. My tag account opened on 9jan. But still i have not received mytag. When ever i call asking to send mail. My hfrnuber is HFR094703. I received a call on jan 9th 2019 as tag dispatched via useless dtdc. But not yet received.Kindly send the tracking number. So that i can track in courier office
