[Resolved] HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — fastag applied through hdfc portal - not delivered | |||||
I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal on 14/nov/2019. I have already paid all the charges on the same date. I have just received customer id & wallet id on 24/nov./2019, but the physical fastag is not received. The fastag customer service number, no one is responding even after holding for 4mins or more. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag. The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates.
