HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — fastag pending amount not received

I have closed my hdfc fastag account on 17th november via call and the agent informed me that i will receive the dd in 20 days. Still now i did get any respose and i have called them again and again, they infomed me to mail to the concern team with the mail id they have provided.. I have mailed them more 5 times with reminders, but i dint get any response from them. I have never seen these poor response from them and they are not providing me any escalation poc as well.. I have mailed multiple times to the mail id you have mentioned, but i got no response until now (not a single reply in last 3 months). I am following it up weekly and am tired calling them.

Please let me know whom we need to escalate.

Ad for Telangana government and GMR is announced that there is no toll charges for January 13th 2019 to 16th Jan 2019 but I charge it twice on 13th kindly revert back my payment.
