[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Fastag — fastag registration not done

I have purchased hdfc fastag in 09/01/2020 along with new car.
They have charged rs 500/-.
.
After filling id, wallet, car number etc the portal says no record found.

I visited the hdfc bank branch. They have given me the toll free number.
Tried to contact but failed

I called fastag toll free no but was informed car not rgistered

Ultimately putting on this site with hope that i can recharge the account.
Customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected].
