HDFC Bank — fastag has not recharged and lodged a service request with no response

Dear team,

I have lodged a service request in fasttag portal as it was not recharged my amount properly and deduction has been happend from my account.

I have been calling to customer care for more than a month and even raised service request was kept open since last couple of weeks.

This makes me the wrong belief on hdfc banking process. I didn't expect this poor and unworthy response from the team. Request to resolve my issue immediately.

When I was in Chennai, maintaining HFDC account. Then later I relocated to my hometown Tirupur. So I am not using Hdfc account. Kindly close my account . I never used Hdfc credit card before. So I want to close account and credit card. Kindly help me.
