Hdfc fastag is very pathetic, i haven't expected this from hdfc. Since last 10 years i am a privileged customer of hdfc bank and for that reason only i applied fastag through hdfc. But now i completely lost that respect to hdfc. I tried through all means - in their toll-free number, in their e-mail but its been 2 months i am not getting any response from them and not able to track the status of my fastag. HDFC Fastag is one of the worst services from HDFC I have come across. Last week I was able to login to site for recharge and this week continuously getting invalid id or password. There is no assistance as such to resolve the issue. The toll free number never works or connects.
I will not recommend anyone to apply to HDFC Fastag.
