HDFC Bank — fastag not deliver and customer care number also not working

I applied fastag on hdfc portal and message received on dec 6 2019 that my fastag issued successfully. My customer id is[protected]. But still i have not received my fastag. I tried many time on customer care number of hdfc fastag division and everytime it's shows busy line.

I also tried to register it online portal and after register, unable to login on page. Worst service of hdfc fastag.

Dear Team,

For your information i applied my fastag application on 03 December 2019 and still I have not received any delivery information. It's already passed 15 days. Request please do the needful else refund my money.
