HDFC Bank — fastag not delivered... hdfc is fraud... phone numbers don't work | |||
Hdfc bank made a false promise... It charged me money for fastag. I uploaded the documents. Got a message saying that i will receive fastag within 4 days. But fastag not yet delivered to me. The toll free number does not work. It gave two more numbers on the hdfc fastag website which also don't work. It appears like they had put up the fastag service just to gather 500/- per person from the public... Fraud service Was this information helpful? | |||

I have submitted fastag application through hdfc bank website and completed the payment using net banking on 24th Sep 2019. but not yet received even i tried to called customer care multiple times but no response.
