HDFC Bank — fastag not received after completion of all formalities and payment

I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already filled the form, submitted the relevant documents and paid, but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. No email id to contact.

Updated by abelheston A Person from HDFC called me on the 11 dec 2019 post noon time and said that my application has been cancelled due to technical error from HDFC side and that my application has been cancelled. He also said that I have to reapply and go thru the formalities again, he wanted me to share my UPI ID so he could refund my money.

Fortunately, I did not share my UPI ID as I was outside, because the next day 12 dec 2019 the Fastag was delivered to my official address. I wonder where and how did he even check my account.

Quite disappointed about HDFC Fastag Support... This is so strange because I've been using HDFC credit card for the past 15 years and never once faced trouble with them.

HOPE the FASTAG works.
