I have applied for fasttag on 1st Dec 2019.( Ref No.HFR824674). Payment was deducted on same day after uploading the required documents. I have still not received the fasttag. I have tried contacting customer care No.[protected], more than 3 times, they keep you on hold for 15 minutes and do not provide a satisfactory answer. I am HDFC bank account holder .
