HDFC Bank — fastag not received

I have applied fastag from hdfc on 10th nov, 2019 and the reference number is hfr352152. I have not received the fastag yet and no communication about the same.

There is no email id and the customer care no is always busy, when it gets connected no one answers the call.

There must be a communication from the bank or the fastag.

I have not experienced such online services where we don't have any information.
The details should be shared by the bank.

I still did not get my fastag. Does your watch stopped running? I'm my watch it's already 20 days since you said that I'll get the tag in 5 days
