[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag not received | |||
I had booked by FasTag via HDFC Bank on 26th November 2019. I got SMS intimation on 29th November that Fastag has been issued and recharged successfully. On 30th November 2019, i Got a SMS saying "Your Fastag Wallet has been created . Card will be dispatched in 4 working days". I am still awaiting for the Fastag to be received. Today is 11th December 2019. Just 4 days away from the deadline. My FasTag application reference number HFR588654. Helpline numbers not working at all. No email id given for support. Pathetic treatment to loyal customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
Dec 12, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I received the FasTag by post today on 12/12/2019. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
