HDFC Bank — fastag not received

Address:CASARIO PALAVA CITY, Thane, Maharashtra, 421204

I have applied for hdfc bank fast tag on 1st of december. On the same day i had got a message that i will be receiving that tag after 7 working days. On 6th of december i have got a message that tag has been issued successfully. But till date i have not received that tag. I have been trying on your customer care number but it was busy all the time.
