HDFC Bank — fastag not received till date

I have applied fastag through hdfc online portal on 6 december. I received mars sage that i will get pdf version of my application. Till now i did not received any pdf in my mail box. I need my fastag today at postal address. I have not received fastag till now.

My application no is hfr920758

I have paid money but there is no response from hdfc fastag department.

It's horrible to contact them on no given by them. Everytime replied that this no is busy.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

Your application has been received at our end & you will receive the Tag in 15 working days from the date of wallet creation. The dispatch details of the tag will be shared with you via SMS.

Updated by amitanu_singh I have applied on 6th dec. and today is 16dec. Please do fast it's too late other service provider sending fastag with in 3 working days like paytm and others why your service is too slow
