[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag not yet received | |||
Hi I applied for HDFC Fastag online on 15-Nov-2019 and i have submitted the all the required document through online. I received email (dt. 23-Nov-2019)stating that tag has been issued successfully and got the wallet ID and customer ID[protected] as well. But still I have not received the Fastag sticker. There is helpline given in that site but its always busy, no one is there to attend our call. I have sent email to support.[protected]@sahaj.co.in but no reply yet. Dec 24, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I spoke to my banks relationship manager, and she has resolved the issue. I have received my tag. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
