[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag - not yet received | |||
I have applied hdfc fastag on 30/11/2019 and have not received it yet. Upon calling the toll free number it is always engaged and after 6 pm nobody picks the call. I have not received any pdf as stated at the time of applying. Tried calling road side assistance and that was also in vain. Was in q for almost half an hour and did not get transferred to the executive. My fastag application number is hfr811546. How can we expect road side assistance when nobody bothers to attend the calls. This is not the kind of service that a bank should provide. My number is [protected]/[protected]. Nothing regarding wallet creation was instructed at the time of applying for Fastag.
