Not able to login to Fastag portal using wallet ID or vehicle reg number. Also tried using forgot password link but it is also not working. Attaching the proof of fitment of Fastag issued by hdfc bank having all details. Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest. My registered mobile number is [protected]. First Time Login/ Registration Steps -Go to portal http://bit.ly/2PFAa4d - Select login (Retail / Corporate) and proceed. - Click to first time user and continue. - Fill mandatory details (Customer Id / Wallet ID/ Mobile No/Vehicle No). - Click to the next step. ( Wait max 2-3 min for next page). - Generate OTP to validate yourself - Enter received OTP and reset the password. - Fill some mandatory answers. - Your password will reset.
