Hello Team, I have cancelled my fastag in december month but still the amount is not refunded to my account/ didn't get any DD for it . I have called and emailed to customer care multiple times but still no response. Every time when I cal to customer care they are saying it is under process but haven't received even a single acknowledgement from them. Not sure why they are keeping our money and not refunding properly. Will they pay penalty for this ? I guess No. Atleast refund our money at the earliest. I have cancelled in dec month and now almost 2 months gone. Is the way you treat your customers ? If we don't pay EMI for 2 months will you ignore it ?
