Dear Sir/Madam, My wife is one of the customer of your fastag service. we are living in Tamilnadu, I discrepancies with your fastac service so I called your customer service, they attend the call and speak only English or Hindi but we are fluently speak Tamil so I can not clearly explain my discrepancies. So please consider my request and appoint Tamil customer service executives because Tamil people also your customer. Please consider this. HDFC Fast issued me Cheque once I cancelled the fast tag for the balance amount of 468.88.
When I submitted it got rejected- dishonored.
