HDFC Bank — fastag status not updated

I have applied for fastag through hdfc bank on 12.11.2019.

After applying i have not got any sms and e mail on my phone and email.

But the transaction has been debited from my account.

Now i am not able to check the status of my application.

There is no link and contact number provided by bank to check the status of fastag.

Let me know the solution of my problem.

Our application has been received at our end & you will receive the Tag in 5 working days. The dispatch details of the tag will be shared with you via SMS.
