Hi team I lost my food card and applied for a new card, i had a balance of rs.2900 approx in my food card. Could you help me transfer the balance from my old food card to the new one. I have already submitted a complaint for the same but there was no action taken. Below are the details of my food card. 3RD PARTY CASH TXN has been done from my HDFC account without my knowledge. what does this transaction mean?

Why hdfc activated one assist plan on my credit card without my permission this is not good i think you loose customer by this this way.i want please de-activate this plan and refund my money back.otherwise i will not be your customer anymore.
