[Resolved] HDFC Bank — food card lost, want new card and settlement

Hi, I had lost my food plus card, i am a tcs associate, could you block the card and issue the new card. Also my old card has balance money in that account around 8k. Could you please transfer the amount in the new card. I am waiting for you response. The food card number is : 4213 2802 * 9306 Please resolve this matter asap. My email : gupta. [protected]@tcs.com Actually i was reported this earlier and got resolution :"dear customer, You are requested to contact our phonebanking number: 61606161 immediately and submit request for hotlisting your food card and simultaneously place request for issuance of replacement food card" But i am not able to connect with this number. Hi"ve made the payment and closed my credit card in 2017 but still, it shows negative amount in my account due to which I am unable to use hdfc account as my salary account.
