[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fraud on cashback | |||
I am anoop gowtham purchased i phone x mobile through hdfc bank consumer durable loan on[protected] and my loan number is [protected]. During purchase they promised me 10000/- cash back and i will receive that cash back after 3 emi payments. They said offer is valid till 10 june 2018. I paid 5 installments but cash back offer is not yet received. I complained issue to the concern department. Now they are saying offer was expired in 11 march 2018 and i don't receive any cash back. -if that was the scenario why they promised me cashback during purchase -i store sales person asked for reconfirmation of the offer (Hdfc executive said offer is valid till 10 june 2018) Please kindly resolve the issue Was this information helpful? | |||
