[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fraud transaction | |||
I have received a message from hdfc bank "alert:rs.199.00 spent via credit card xx9505 at amazon1258399 on[protected]:00:31:03 without pin/otp. Not you? Call [protected]." I also checked my account and its showing me outstanding payment of rs.199. First i am not sure how the transaction happened without pin/otp. Secondly it can happen again if it has happened once. It's clearly a fraud transaction. Can you please help me out. Was this information helpful? | |||
