[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Fraud transaction from my account | |||||
Dear sir My self joohi singh. And i have an account in hdfc bank. My account number is *30 and my branch location is New delhi. On 28may 2017 morning 8:17 am received one message and i checked my bank statement online i have noticed that somehow my 3500rs has been deducted from my account. Statement shows that money has been withdrawn from atm (Rs.3500.00 was withdrawn using your hdfc bank card ending 4267 on[protected]:08:17:35 at gole ka mandir oatm.) even when card is with me all the time. That means somebody using my duplicate card to access my account I need your advise how to track this issue, can it be bank fault or its a 3 party fraud or its a mistake by bank. I have already logged complaint to hdfc bank. How may i claim my money back? Or whether it is malware attack something like that... Plz suggest Was this information helpful? | |||||
