[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fund transferred through upi not get credited to beneficiary account | |||
My name is vikram patil. I have hdfc bank account no: [protected]. On 15 march 2017 i have transferred rs 3120 from this bank account to bank of maharashtra account no: [protected] through upi payment service available in hdfc bank app but during the transaction i got an error unable to connect to server and transaction get failed but the amount rs 3120 was debited from my hdfc account. I have checked with beneficiary account the amount was not credited. So i have raised several complaints to hdfc bank but my problem not resolved.
