[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fund transferred through upi not get credited to beneficiary account

My name is vikram patil. I have hdfc bank account no: [protected].
On 15 march 2017 i have transferred rs 3120 from this bank account to bank of maharashtra account no: [protected] through upi payment service available in hdfc bank app but during the transaction i got an error unable to connect to server and transaction get failed but the amount rs 3120 was debited from my hdfc account. I have checked with beneficiary account the amount was not credited.
So i have raised several complaints to hdfc bank but my problem not resolved.

Yet it is not solved please helps me out.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We have received TCC (Transaction Credit Confirmation) from the beneficiary bank on 20.03.2017 that the funds have been credited for the below transaction. We have once again received your email vide ref id[protected]. Our team will respond to you within 3 working days.
