[Resolved] HDFC Bank — gather personal information in the name of credit card issue | |
I got call from hdfc a month back regarding credit cards. I had applied for dinner club credit card. They collected all my personal information in the name of credit card approval and confirmed card will be dispatched to my respected address. It has been more than 15 days now im not able to reach out to same number and email id and no further updates. They do not have any medium to raise these concerns. I suspect its a fraud. I am unable to open my credit card statement. i have tried some passwords they were wrong then how can i open it.

My card was delivered to previous resident address. Therefore returned to bank.
Please send my credit card to new residence address and tell me the procedure to change the residence address.
