Dear hdfc management, There is lady name called miss or mrs “ payal” who operates from pune bund - garden branch pune (Maharashtra) i got a call from her regards to credit card payment which is actually got delay frommy end. Instead of asking of delay she start shorting on me on phone, we’re she start giving a threatening to me about payment & telling me i[censored] don’t have capacity to hold the card why u took & bla bla. Even her team mate called she was telling me “ tera payment pending jaldi kar “ Having a simple question to hdfc management is the way you guys treating your customer from we’re your guys actually making a money. Later on we’re she start exposing her self i am, a senior manager i m been working 10 years for this company... It’s like management it’s having zero customer approach... Good bless hdfc bank.
