Hello team, I have purchased finger ring from tanishq aundh pune branch on 07/01/2018. At that time there was cashback offer going on from hdfc bank, so i transacted using hdfc debit card. The offer stated 90 days of cashback credit time. Now its been approx. 240 days yet i have not received any cashback. I tried to contact customer care but ivr doesn't have any option for direct communication. Also emailing option doesn't give any option to log complaint for cashback/offers. Now i am feeling helpless and being fooled. Seems like its a fraud because there is no track on such offers. I want my cashback as mentioned in the offer. Please contact me.
